Cranberry Champagne Sorbet

Ingredients:
- 3 cups cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup champagne
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
- Cook cranberries, sugar, and water until softened; cool completely.
- Puree cranberries with champagne and lemon juice. Strain if desired for a smooth texture.
- Chill mixture for 1 hour.
- Churn in an ice cream maker until smooth and frozen.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer sorbet.
